Track your order

Track your Pet Monkey parcel with the tracking number from your dispatch email, or check your order status with your order number and billing email.

Every Pet Monkey order is sent by Royal Mail with tracking.

Follow your parcel

Your dispatch confirmation email includes your tracking number. Enter it on the carrier’s tracking website to see where your parcel is. The carrier may also send you delivery updates by email or text message.

Check your order status

To check the status of your order with us, enter your order number (from your order confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, then press "Find my order". Your order number is in your order confirmation email.

If your parcel has not arrived

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, please email support@petmonkey.co.uk. We will chase it and send a replacement or give you a full refund. Delivery times are in our Shipping Policy.
