At Pet Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read through our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within this timeframe under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, to process your return.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If you used a discount or promotion code, the refunded amount will be the total amount paid, excluding the discount value.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent. In the case of a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please ensure the item is returned with proper packaging and tracking information to avoid issues with lost or damaged goods during transit.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
